Privacy policy

Last updated November 4, 2026

This policy explains what information lahitandrunlawyer.com collects and how it is used. lahitandrunlawyer.com is operated by its publisher, contact [email protected]. Apollo Law Group pays for the Sponsored ad slot on this site; form submissions are not sent to Apollo Law Group by this site.

Not a law firm. Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Your information may be shared with participating attorneys who may contact you.

What we collect

When you use the case review, we collect the answers you choose, your name, phone number, email, optional ZIP code and any message you add. We also record technical details needed to run and protect the form: the page you came from, advertising campaign tags in the link (such as utm codes, gclid or fbclid), your IP address, browser type and the time of submission. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is using the form.

How it is used and shared

Your inquiry is used to respond to you and to connect you with a lawyer. We may share or sell your information to participating attorneys who may contact you about your matter, and we share it with the service providers that host this site and deliver its email.

Calls, texts and email

If you check the consent box, the operator of this site and participating attorneys it shares your information with may call, text or email you about your inquiry, including with automated technology. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email [email protected].

Cookies and analytics

The site may use analytics and advertising tags (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) to measure visits and ad performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may ask what personal information is held about them, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We may sell or share personal information as described above. Send requests to [email protected]. You will not be treated differently for making a request.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and the name, email or phone you used. We will stop selling or sharing your information within 15 business days. You can use an authorized agent to send the request.

Your rights

If you live in California you may ask us to: tell you what personal information we have about you and how we got it, used it and disclosed it (right to know); delete it; correct it; stop selling or sharing it (right to opt out); and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We will confirm your request within 10 business days and answer within 45 days. We verify requests by matching the name and email or phone you used. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask the agent for signed permission.

Send a request with the privacy request form or by email to [email protected].

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for that browser. When your browser sends GPC, this site does not load Google or Meta advertising or analytics tags, and any form request you send is marked "do not sell or share". We do not respond differently to the older "Do Not Track" browser setting, which has no agreed standard; use GPC instead.

Other California notices

Third parties (Google and Meta) may collect information about your activity on this site over time and across other websites when their tags load; they do not load when GPC is on. Under California Civil Code 1798.83 (Shine the Light) you may ask, once a year, which categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing; email the address above. You can review the information you sent by asking us at the same address. When this policy changes we update the effective date at the top of this section and on this page.

Retention and security

Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled servers.

Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
